2) Monthly Business Alignment Session with Coach Lydia: We’ll tackle a key challenge faced by small business owners in the health and wellness space. Topics are based on what the group needs most, from marketing strategies and client acquisition to charging what you deserve and honoring work-life balance. You'll gain practical insights, harness your mindset mastery, and learn from the collective wisdom of the group.

3) A Supportive Community: Connect with a like-minded accountability partner to meet with throughout the month who shares your challenges and successes. This is a safe space to ask questions, share insights, and celebrate wins. The power of a mastermind group lies in its collective knowledge and encouragement, helping you overcome obstacles and stay motivated.

4) Monday Momentum Mentorship - Weekly guided prompts in MM What’s App and IG stories to start your week with clarity and focus, deepen reflection, fuel action, and sustain growth between mastermind sessions.

Both coaches collaborate throughout the month to bring you your weekly Monday Momentum prompts to work on with your accountability partners 

Cancel your subscription anytime. We politely request that you to give yourself at least 3 months to create and maintain momentum needed to yield results. However, should you need to cancel, you can stop your recurring charge at any time.

If you cancel your subscription after 3 billing cycles, your original pricing will be honored if you choose to return to the program. If you cancel your subscription before 3 billing cycles, discounted rates will not be honored. 

Refunds will not be offered if you have participated in any portion of a month's offerings. There will be no pro-rated refunds or credits.
